Smile Train is the world’s largest cleft charity. Our sustainable model provides training, funding, and resources to empower local medical professionals to provide 100%-free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care in their own communities.

Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft organization, today announced the Safe Surgery and Anesthesia Initiative in partnership with Lifebox, a global nonprofit organization that makes surgery safer in low-resource settings.
Operating Simulare will allow Smile Train to offer high-quality, affordable cleft surgery training to its more than 2,100 partner medical professionals around the world.
Award-winning PDQ restaurants and Smile Train are working together to support and raise awareness for children with clefts this month at PDQ’s 11 South Florida locations.
