What Makes You Smile?
Every year, World Smile Day® reminds us that a simple smile has the power to bring people together, spread kindness, and brighten someone’s day. This year, Smile Train invites you to join the celebration by creating and sharing a Smile Wall — a joyful way to show the world what makes you smile.
What Is a Smile Wall?
A Smile Wall is a community space (physical or digital) where people answer one simple question: “What makes you smile?”
They can go anywhere — your school, church, local hospital, or any other community space.
Each note, photo, or post you contribute doesn’t just spread joy — it also raises awareness about Smile Train’s work to support children with clefts. Around one in every 700 babies is born with a cleft, and by participating, you help shine a light on their journeys to a healthy smile.
