NEW YORK — Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft-focused organization, announces Nicole Bell, former Senior Media Strategist at 1st Degree Marketing and Public Relations, as its new Vice President of Public Relations. This addition will help enhance Smile Train’s ability to expand visibility and foster public awareness of global cleft solutions and health systems strengthening.

Bell comes to Smile Train as a seasoned communications expert with 25+ years of experience as a journalist, professor, and public relations strategist. She has secured top-tier national and international media coverage resulting in increased donated dollars, heightened brand awareness and corporate partnerships for numerous clients and organizations. As a PR veteran, Bell has created crisis communication plans, campaigns, media strategies, and has led global media training sessions for colleagues and clients.
