Camila Rocha e Silva

Camila serves as the Regional Director for Latin America at Smile Train, where she leads regional strategy, partnerships, and program development to expand access to cleft care across the region. With over 15 years of experience in impact-driven organizations, she has a distinguished track record in leading strategic transformations, designing large-scale initiatives, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to drive meaningful and lasting social change.
Prior to joining Smile Train, she was the CEO of Otacílio Coser Foundation and held roles at renowned Brazilian and global organizations such as Recode, Sitawi, and Endeavor. She is also the co-author of Capital Feminino and Mulheres no Terceiro Setor, contributing to the discourse on female leadership and social impact.
Camila holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio (BR) and a Master’s degree in Regenerative Economics from Schumacher College (UK). She is also an alumna of the W50 Santander Leadership for Female Executives program at the London School of Economics (LSE).
