Four years ago, world-renowned plastic surgeons Dr. John Layke and Dr. Payman Danielpour committed to donating a portion of the sales of their cutting-edge skincare line, Beverly Hills MD, to Smile Train. The partnership has been transformative, as the sale of the innovative products have helped provide more than 1,000+ forever smiles and second chances for children around the world to-date.
This June, thirty Beverly Hills MD employees participated in a Yoga for Smiles event held in their office’s own yoga studio. The participants received a great workout, but more importantly pitched in $300 to donate to Smile Train. Beverly Hills MD's executive team were so pleased with the event that they increased the total by more than $1,500.
Beverly Hills MD's Media Buyer Marisol Magana said of the event, "As a company committed to health and wellness, it means the world to me that, together, we are able to provide opportunities for children in need. It truly makes my heart smile to learn that we have successfully raised enough money to provide seven new smiles through Smile Train! These types of milestones really remind me of why I love coming to work and contributing to the bigger vision each day — thank you for giving us this amazing opportunity, Smile Train!"
Smile Train’s Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships Masha Feiguinova said of the event, “Yoga for Smiles is such a great way for corporations to get involved with Smile Train — Beverly Hills MD was able to change the lives of seven children forever though doing a fun wellness event. And the idea to match participants’ donations was another amazing and generous idea. We look forward to keeping the smiles coming with our amazing partner Beverly Hills MD.”
