Smile of the Month

Your initial gift is processed the day you sign up. Then your monthly pledge is automatically billed to your credit card or checking account on or around the 20th of each month.
Your pledge makes it easy for you to budget a small amount each month over the course of the year to help support vital cleft repair surgical programs (a monthly pledge of $21 is equal to about 70¢ a day).
You can make changes at any time, modify the amount of your monthly pledge, change your preferred credit card, or cancel any time you want.

Your monthly pledge provides a steady and predictable source of income that allows us to fund additional cleft surgeries.
As a monthly sustainer, you will receive the following benefits:

- Annual statement to assist in your tax preparation.
