The Cleft Lip and Palate Care Trust (CLPCT) functions within Bangalore Hospital under the care of Dr. K.S. Shekar, a senior plastic surgeon. The Smile Train - CLPCT Partnership will provide free cleft treatment to children who might otherwise never receive it. Since the Partnership began, more than 700 children have received life changing cleft surgery.
