Executive Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer
Susannah joined the management team of Smile Train in February 2013, after being a member of the Smile Train Board of Directors since 2003. She oversees the charity’s mission and day-to-day operations after almost twenty years in operational roles, bringing a vast network and experiences to the team.
In 1995, Susannah joined Computer Associates International, Inc., now CA Technologies, as a Public Relations Manager, after several years as an Account Executive at a New York City public relations firm. In the spring of 1996, she took a post in Singapore where she was the Director of Marketing for the Asia region. Upon her return to Computer Associates’ headquarters in New York in 1998, she served as Vice President, Director of International Marketing where she was responsible for the implementation of the company's international marketing strategies. In January, 2000, Susannah began working directly for Charles B. Wang, as the Chairman’s special assistant on all business and public relations matters until his retirement in 2002 at which time she joined him to coordinate and oversee all of his business interests as his Special Assistant/Chief of Staff. This included his many charitable roles and often representing him at major donor events.
Susannah is a Trustee of The Smile Train UK and also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Susannah received a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the State University of New York College at Oswego. She will continue to be the Executive Vice Chair of the Smile Train Board of the Directors, in addition to her day-to-day management role.
