UberConference Launches Matching Gift Program to Raise $10,000 for Smile Train
Firespotter Labs today announced that UberConference is launching a matching gift program to raise $10,000 for Smile Train running through the end of December. The donation, from Hampshire-based smartphone manufacturer Vertu, will drive the charity toward a goal of one million operations after it announced its 750,000th operation last month.

Smile Train Announces Partnership With Mars Retail Group
Just in time for Mother's Day, Smile Train today announced a partnership with Mars Retail Group (MRG), a division of Mars, Incorporated. This multi-year effort will support surgeries for children in Ghana, Ivory Coast, China, India and Brazil. The initial goal of MRG is to support a surgery for each one of the company's 725 associates. The countries where surgeries will be funded are locations where Mars has a large presence and/or where cocoa is grown.

Artisanal Brands, Inc. (OTCBB: AHFP) launched a yearlong campaign to work with Smile Train in its cure of clefts around the world. The campaign, “Say Cheese” . . . Share a Smile! was developed around the communal nature of Artisanal’s monthly cheese club that will now include a donation of $250 to Smile Train for every annual membership to the club. The monthly shipments from Artisanal consist of four handcrafted cave-aged cheeses weighing approximately two pounds, enough for eight people to share.
